Resolution
To activate MCICSPPT class for PPT security control using ACF2PARM, use the following CICSKEY entry by modifying to appropriate TYPE xxx:
CICSKEY OPTION=VALIDATE,TYPE=xxx,RESOURCE=PROGRAM
ACF2 CICS sets or overrides the DFHSIT XPPT= parameter to YES during system initialization if the ACF2 CICS PROGRAM CICSKEY resource is set to VALIDATE, validating programs as shown above.
