Unexpected ACF-2 logging for Abend-Aid reading master catalog

Issue/Introduction

 The Abend-Aid dump capture started tasks started logging reads for master catalog. Why?

Resolution

The recommendation is to change the SAFDEF from:

SAFDEF.AAVWR1 LAST CHANGED BY abcd ON 10/30/15-12:53                

                     FUNCRET(4) FUNCRSN(0) ID() JOBNAME(AA-) MODE(GLOBAL)   

                     NOAPFCHK PROGRAM(FDB-) RACROUTE(REQUEST=AUTH) RETCODE(4)

To This:

                     FUNCRET(4) FUNCRSN(0) ID() JOBNAME(AA-) MODE(GLOBAL)   

                     NOAPFCHK PROGRAM(FDB-) RACROUTE(REQUEST=AUTH STATUS=ACCESS) RETCODE(4)

The SAFDEF was causing all validations to occur for jobname aa- with program fdb- for all RACROUTE requests.
This should be restricted to just RACROUTE REQUEST=AUTH STATUS=ACCESS requests.
