Issue/Introduction

After A service became running, the clear message is delayed and not sent on time in NTService probe

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component :NTService

Resolution

A clear message will be generated once the probe runs the next Alarm interval (300 seconds default).
You expected the alarm to get cleared after 5 minutes of when the service started.
