Issue/Introduction

The SAP Agent failed to start after an upgrade with the following error message in the agent's log:

 

20220825/152404.364 - U00022022 Process 'UC4 SAP01 usnap9210s' ended, exit code='77'.

java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError: JCo initialization failed with java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no sapjco3 in java.library.path

        at com.sap.conn.jco.rt.MiddlewareJavaRfc.<clinit>(MiddlewareJavaRfc.java:226)

        at com.sap.conn.jco.rt.DefaultJCoRuntime.initialize(DefaultJCoRuntime.java:99)

Cause

Missing SAP library

Resolution

Please make sure that the library delivered with the sapjco3.jar is present in the SAP agent's bin directory.

 

For UNIX/LInux:

libsapjco3.so

 

For Windows:

sapjco3.dll
