Issue/Introduction

Job fails with  U00011686 Login object 'LOGIN.XXX' does not contain login information for Agent 'XYZ' on platform 'UNIX'/'WINDOWS'

Release : 12.x

Component : Automation Engine

Functional Area : Login Object

Cause

This happens when the Login object does not contain the entry and credentials for the agent used in the job.

Resolution

Edit the login object and add the agent details along with the username and password and save.

If you have multiple agents using the same login - Use the Add Row function to add the agents in scope in the following rows.
