OC Inventory returns items that don't appear to match selection criteria

Issue/Introduction

I'm trying to display the results of the inventory for a particular IP address in DX UIM Operator Console (OC)
The Inventory seems to return items that don't match the selection criteria. E.g. for a certain IP it finds 2 items. One of which does NOT have this IP address.

Environment

DX UIM 20.4.* / 23.4.*

Cause

Additional PrimaryIPV4Address or OtherIPAddresses in CM_DEVICE_ATTRIBUTE

Resolution

Devices can have multiple IP addresses attached to a single device. When searching/filter devices in the OC, if any of those additional IPs is matched, the device will show as result. (Even though the "IP Address" field is not showing the IP that was actually searched)
