Metrics not populating in Operator console

Issue/Introduction
Metrics are not showing at UIM Operator Console for some hosts/robots configured
The host robot is populated in IM and Operator console and able to access the probe gui
Also QOS has been configured on this probe for the required metrics
Environment
Release :Any supported UIM release
Component : hub/Operator console
Resolution
In this use case the hub queues for sending qos and discovery data to upstream hub were not configured
After the queues were created data is also verified as seen in Dr Nimbus on upstream Primary hub as well as populated in Metric viewer in Operator console
