Unable to edit SPM tests in Spectrum - The landscape being accessed is not ready

Issue/Introduction

I'm trying to create an SPM test for testing why these tests stopped auto-ticketing in production. But I am unable to modify a test and get the following errors:

After 30+/- minutes, I am able to edit and create new SPM tests.

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : Spectrum Applications

Cause

Issue with model activation of the SPM test models.

Resolution

Apply Spectrum_22.02.03.D120 on Spectrum 22.2.3
