Decimal Values Are Rounded Up

Issue/Introduction

Throughout Clarity list pages and portlets where decimal values are displayed, the values are rounded up.

Portlets and lists are affected, e.g. the project list page and the Timesheet Review portlet.

For example, 31.50 appears as 32.00.

From the database queries, the decimal value does appear properly.

Release : 16.0.2

Component : Clarity Studio

Cause

The widespread issue can be attributed to the application server operating system locale settings.

 

Resolution

For instance if the operating system is Windows, go to 'Change system locale'.

This needs to be set correct for each workstation or enduser machine having the issue.
