Do we apply patch for workstation 10.7.2

Issue/Introduction

We are in-progress of upgrading CAdevtest10.6 to 10.7.2,  Recently we have downloaded "devtest-10.7.2-win-x64.zip" and patch file "patch_DE543028_10.7.2_GA.jar".  we have  updated the patch file "patch_DE543028_10.7.2_GA.jar" in VSE/Registry/Iam.

Currently creating workstation 10.7.2 package ,  is  patch file "patch_DE543028_10.7.2_GA.jar" is mandatory for workstation 10.7.2 package?  shall i ignore the patch while packaging the workstation 10.7.2?

Resolution

This patch file is needed for Workstation machines also
This patch contains fix for some issues that customer got solution in 10.6
basically a port of all those fixes
