We need help in upgrading from 10.5 to 10.7 SP3 .

1) The Environment -- Two clusters . One running APM 10.7.0.227 (Which is likely) and this one running APM 10.5 . You want to go to APM 10.7.0.227 (HF 29/SP3) . the latest release is HF 84 . APM 10.7 is SP4 

2) How you want to download APM 10.7 00 (GA aka 10.7.0.45) This is a full 10.7 EM installer as well as Webview , workstation, and Agents

3) Then select SP3 and download the updater for EM,Webview . Get the full Agent installers from SP3

You may want to consider SAAS Agents once APM .7 EM is installed. You will have to set two properties

During workdays , you may open a new case when running into install/post-install issues.

Other questions:

- Will this be an in-place upgrade or fresh install?

- Will you need new hardware and/or transitioning to virtual /physical and different OS or release?

- Did you check the APM sizing calculator & guide/compatibility guide, upgrade KBs 

- Did you download the install files and review them?

- Do you have a test environment to try this out?

- Do you plan to add more EMs?

- What about CEM and customizations?
