Why do I see a D-dependency on an event when looking at the "Schedule Event Display" screen?
You will see a D-dependency on an event when looking at the "Schedule Event Display' screen due coding in the SCL. The D-dependency is indicating a data set required dependency.
The following is a SCL that has two events coded. TESTJOBA will have 1 in column 71-"Data Set Count". TESTJOBB will have a D in column 20-24,"Execution Dependency".
Loading the following SCL:
