Total Actual Cost outdated in Roadmap Items, Hierarchies (UX)

Issue/Introduction

After importing several ideas and projects into roadmaps and synchronizing, the 'Total Actual Cost' attribute remains at $0.

The Hierarchies do not show a correct Actual Cost figure either on the grid view

What needs to be done in order for this field to be populated? 

Environment

Release : 16.0.3

 

Resolution

Ensure that the Post Actuals to Investment job has run.

For Roadmaps, please sync the roadmap once the job runs.

Once populated, schedule the job to run at least once daily so that the totals can be updated.

Additional Information

The Post Actuals to Investment job generates the investment Actual and Forecast time-scaled varying (TSV) data in the investment and hierarchy grids such as:
Actual TSV Fields - Actual Capital Cost, Actual Operating Cost, Actual Cost
Forecast TSV Fields - Forecast Capital Cost, Forecast Operating Cost, Forecast Cost
