Issue/Introduction

Basic troubleshooting steps when Agent successfully deployed on PC but PC is not visible in DSM explorer

 

 

Environment

Release : 14.5.CU3

Component :

Resolution

1. Make sure agent is not using same ip of other machines. 

2. Run Command Caf Register All on agent machine and wait for few hours. 

3. Check SS collect task is running with OK status and present time stamp. 

4. Restart the agent machine once and check if that makes any difference. 

5. Check TRC_CF_REGISTER log for any error related to registration. ( Open issue with support if you see any errors. )

6. caf ping and camping from agent to ss and ss to agent. 

7. DNS resolution on agent machine to SS and domain manager.
