After upgrading, when opening the notifications page, an error is displayed

Issue/Introduction

An error is returned when accessing the Manage Notifications screen: The request to load the list of event types has failed.

When looking in the PCService.log, the following error is seen:

com.ca.im.portal.site.admin.models.notifications.ws.DSWebServiceException: Web Service Response Error - URL: http://portalHostname:8281/EventManager/webservice/notifications?tenant=0&user=0&orderby=NotifierName&direction=ASC&start=0&limit=100  Error Code: null - httpResponseCode: 401

Component : NetOps Portal web server

Resolution

Utilizing /opt/CA/PerformanceCenter/SsoConfig, set the Sso Cookie Timeout back to 1440 (24 hours) maximum.

This will be resolved within defect DE543739 which is slated for inclusion in 22.2.2 or 22.2.3.
