URL is not changed when navigating between custom channels

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to Administration -> Blueprints in New UX
2. Make a copy of Standard Project blueprint
3. Navigate to modules tab on newly created blueprint and click on edit
4. Configure a channel  and provide any random URL (eg - https://www.google.com)
5. Configure another channel and provide another random URL (eg - https://www.bing.com/)
6. Publish the blueprint
7. Navigate to projects in New UI
8. Map any project with the blueprint created in above steps
9. Open the project and navigate to first channel and verify the URL(eg - Google)
10. Now navigate to second channel on the project (eg - Bing) and verify the URL

Expected Results: The URL should change when navigating between channels 

Actual Results:
The URL is not changed and the channel id remains the same in URL
