Issue/Introduction

• Need to whitelist new IP address / subnet for accessing Web Isolation Cloud
• Update the management access or user access ACL

Resolution

Open a Technical Support case to request changes to the ACL(s).

You will need to provide:

• your Web Isolation Cloud tenant name
• the IP address / subnet(s)
• the ACL(s) to update (user access, management access, or both)

Additional Information

Web Isolation requires an explicit IP whitelisting. There is no option to allow unconditional (any) access to a Web Isolation tenant.
