•  In UIM 20.4, the DX UIM Server and Operator Console do not support installation on Windows Server 2022.

DX UIM Compatibility Matrix (broadcom.com)

Since January 11, 2024, installation of UIM Server and Operator Console on Windows Server 2022 is supported on DX UIM version 23.4.
