How to download Common Services for RAI products

Issue/Introduction

You have active support entitlements for RAI products and want to download the Broadcom Common Services.

Resolution

Follow the below steps

1. Visit https://support.broadcom.com/
2. Select the Division as Mainframe, Go to My Downloads, and search for the product Common Services

 

OR

 

1. Visit https://support.broadcom.com/
2. Go to My Downloads and select the entitled RAI Product (SMARTJOBSTREAM, TASKLIB, RLX)

3. Click on the product name and select the Release version

4. Select the Additional Downloads
