Issue/Introduction

Unable to release a quarantined email by the Anti-malware service due to a primary inbound route failure or a retry on a secondary route.

Component: Anti Malware Release

Cause

The Anti-malware service is designed to release the emails to ONLY the primary inbound route.

 

Resolution

A feature request is in progress in order to address this Issue.
