Issue/Introduction

HRefresh was not succeeding to check out all the files in the package.

Environment

Release : All versions and platforms

Component : CA HARVEST SCM CORE FUNCTIONALITY/PROCESS AUTOMATION

Cause

HRefresh and HSync will not replace any file that does not have the "Read-only" flag set.

Resolution

We reviewed all the hrefresh logs that were generated and noticed this message:

E03020028: The File Agent error for item <server>\\<path>\<filename> : The file is writable .

HRefresh was not able to replace this file on the file system because the "read-only" flag was not set.  We went out to the target file system, located the file and set the "read-only" flag.  When we re-ran the process it succeeded.
