When I open links to ProxySG pages, I keep getting prompted to sign in.
I can't open ProxySG links from Management Center.
I can't open ProxySG links or Advanced URLs in the ProxySG Admin Console (SGAC).
The browser keeps prompting me to sign in when I click a ProxySG link or Advanced URL.
When you click a ProxySG link or Advanced URL in the SGAC, the browser prompts you to sign in. The login prompt displays the Management Center IP address, but the credentials you require are for the ProxySG appliance. If you enter the Management Center username and password, authentication fails.
This issue occurs when you open pages that display source files or settings such as Policy Files, Policy Coverage, Log Tail, Active Sessions, Exception Pages, Routing Table, RIP, and Advanced URLs.
When you open a ProxySG appliance link or Advanced URL in the SGAC, enter the ProxySG credentials when prompted.
The browser prompts you to sign in the first time you open a ProxySG device link or Advanced URL. After a successful authentication, you should not be prompted to enter credentials for the device again unless you clear the browser cache, or if the credentials are changed or removed in the ProxySG configuration. If you are prompted to sign in again, enter valid credentials for the ProxySG appliance.
