Issue/Introduction

FAULT-TOLERANT DATABASE SYNCHRONIZATION FAILUURE.

Release : 21.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

The secondary SS was corrupt and could not start.

Resolution

We initialized the SS to legacy and ran the olb from the primary.  We verified that the RCPD connected, copied the SSdb across and restored it to the secondary.
