Missing Internal Soap Webservice SAP_MANIFEST.MF i file on v21.0.3 install folder
\Automic.Automation_21.0.3_2022-07-05\API\Webservice\uc4ws.sca\META-INF\
This prevent the Internal Soap Webservice to be deployed on the SAP NetWeaver
