Adding DKIM mail signing generates Application Error

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to configure DKIM signing for an email domain in Messaging Gateway the system generates an Application Error indicating a NullPointerException:

Resolution

Deleting the domain entry from Protocols > Domains and then re-adding the domain resolves the issue.
