Issue/Introduction

After fail over background server, the end users can't login. Why? 

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : SDM - Configuration

Resolution

During and right after fail over background server, there will be certain period of time of service interruption and during this time, end users won't be able to login or use the app. Simply try back later.
