File Format drop down is blank for Peoplesoft command 'Start and Monitor a Single Process' and others

Manually add 'OUTDESTFORMAT=' to the command

Please note that the issue is with both the PeopleSoft agent and the AWI - both components will need to be updated - AWI requires an update to utilities, initialdata, and automationengine components
