Issue/Introduction

DSM Explorer stuck with message AM Status Initializing. 

Repair, uninstall and install dsm Explorer Again fix not the problem.

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 14.5.CU4

Component :

Resolution

1- On ITCM Domain open a cmd prompt with Administrative privileges and execute these commands :

caf stop 
camclose  

2- Rename the file <CA_Path>\DSM\appdata\cfnotsrvd.dat to cfnotsrvd.bak 

ex : C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\appdata\cfnotsrvd.bak

3- Then execute these commands in the cmd prompt :

cam start -c 

caf start
