"A valid Login Message Must be specified" Error when trying to save the OneClick Client Configuration Page

Issue/Introduction
When trying to save any OneClick Client Configuration Page changes, the save fails with the below error.
A valid Login Message Must be specified.
Environment
Release : 21.2.12 and newer
Component : SPCOCC - Spectrum OneClick
Resolution
The Custom Login Message contains a special character that is not supported. Users should remove all special characters and then retry the save process.
