Can not add additional monitoring point do to custom thresholds

Issue/Introduction

We are unable to add additional MP in Experience, do to an existing web path do to error.

Trying to add MP to workflow / Web App Group and getting error "number of thresholds and number of milestones must match if using per milestones custom thresholds".

 

 

Cause

This could be caused by the workflow using custom thresholds for its Apdex score.

 

Resolution

 

The workaround is to adjust the Apdex Thresholds, to attempt to get around the error message.

1.  In the workflow, click the link below to adjust the Apdex Thresholds:

 

2.  Then click 'All Page Loads" - this will default the thresholds to 4 & 16 seconds for all milestones.

3.  Once submitted, save the workflow and then save the Web App Group. 

4.  Next we can we try and add the Monitoring point Appneta01 to the the Web App Group as requested.

5.  Then change the Apdex Thresholds back to your custom values.
