When installing the .net agent, the CA APM for SOA option does not appear.

Issue/Introduction

I am trying to install an introscope agent 10.7.0.197 on a windows server 2019 machine and that is NOT for sharepoint 
When proceeding with the installation the CA APM for SOA checkbox does not appear. Is it normal that it does not appear? do I have to select an alternative?

In 10.0, the .NET installer would provide the checkbox for "CA APM for SOA".  However 10.1 and later did not provide the checkbox during the install.

In our documentation since 10.1 and later (10.7 link below), that CA APM for SOA is installed by default when you install the .NET Agent.

• CA APM for SOA provides extended monitoring for client- and server-side web services. The .NET agent provides this monitoring by default.
