Unable to login after install of NetOps portal 22.2.1

Issue/Introduction

I have installed DXNetOps portal 22.2.1 on a redhat 7 server and am unable to login

Environment

Release : 21.2.12 and above

Component :

Cause

The address listed in SsoConfig for Web Site Host, must be used to authenticate a user; as of 21.2.12 

Resolution

.Use the Fully Qualified Host name that is listed under Web Site Host, in SsoConfig

CD /opt/CA/PerformanceCenter

./SsoConfig

SSO Configuration:
1. DX NetOps
Choose an option > 1

 

SSO Configuration/DX NetOps:
1. LDAP Authentication
2. SAML2 Authentication
3. Performance Center
4. Single Sign-On
5. Test LDAP
6. Export SAML2 Service Provider Metadata
7. Enable FIPS
8. Performance Center Local Password Authentication
9. Enable or Disable a user account.
Choose an option > 3

 

Note the value for "Web Site Host" and use that to login
Hostname.Domain.com:8181
