Issue/Introduction

Performance Issue.  On the To Dos Workspace, performance is poor without filtering or with filtering or on sorting. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Total number of To Dos are approximately 221k spread across project, idea, custom investment, task, checklists
2. Go to the To Dos Workspace and use it with or without sorting or filtering 

Expected Results: Sorting by date, To Do Name or Owner should not take any significant amount of time to return, in minutes. 

Actual Results: Todos should be retrieved for matching criteria in reasonable amount of time in seconds based on number of todos, not minutes ever.

Cause

DE66047 - Todos query with context keys 'obaTodos~retrieve_all' and 'obaTodos~retrieve_all~inv_and_subs' are slow. 

Resolution

Resolved in 16.1.0
