E180011 Login failed using: User=username Password=<hidden>

Issue/Introduction

All user WCC getting below error when searching jobs in "Quick view".

E180011 Login failed using: User=username Password=<hidden>

Environment

Release : All Supported versions

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Cause

The WCC admin user(mostly ejmcommander)when the global user changes or manipulated this issue occurs. 

Resolution

Follow the below instructions.

1) Login to WCC
2) Go to credentials Tab
3) Put in _GLOBAL_:<any Autosys commandline user> then password and confirm password
4) Click on ADD

Try login with any user to WCC and check that should resolve the issue.
