Issue/Introduction

You receive a response from the DLP Virtual appliance of:

    "message": "Content type 'text/plain' not supported"

}

 

Cause

You must have a header that specifies the content type as application/json

 

Resolution

Ensure you add an HTTP header that includes Key:Content-Type Value:application/json
