Collector reports "not connected" for configuration status. why is this ?

Issue/Introduction

Collector reports "not connected" for configuration status.

 

 

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : NetOps Data Collector

Cause

This can happen if the DC AMQ disconnected and then reconnected and AMQ didn't reestablish the consumers.

Resolution

Configuration is linked to being able to do things like update Metric Families (MF), discoveries, etc that use irep calls to the Data Collector. So when this state is "Not connected" Polling will work but the update MF and discoveries data would not. 

Need to restart the data collector.
