Task submission getting REGEX_MATCH Arguments error intermittently when reset the password

Issue/Introduction

Perform password reset task from IDM and getting the following error intermittently 

.

14.x

Identity Manager

Cause

The user store cluster is on two different Active Directory Domain Controllers which causes network latency and results in the error.

Resolution

 If the user store cluster is under two different DCs, one DC node should be on standby mode and kept offline.
