DWH: LDW full load is taking longer time than expected for DWH RDM and INV picklist tables

Issue/Introduction

Performance Issue. The job for the Load Data Warehouse (LDW) Full Load is taking longer time than expected on all DBs. 

Steps to Reproduce:  

1. Run LDW job after enabling the prerequisites  
2. Issue observed in postgres QA dataset 
3. Below are the problematic tables 
   • DWH_RDM_PICKLIST_LN
   • DWH_RDM_PICKLIST
   • DWH_INV_PICKLIST_POSITION_LN
   • DWH_RDM_PICKLIST_POSITION_LN
   • DWH_INV_INVESTMENT_LN
   • DWH_INV_PICKLIST_POSITION
   • DWH_RDM_PICKLIST_POSITION
   • DWH_INV_PROJECT_LN 

Expected Results: Performance results for the Roadmap and Investment Picklist tables is taking more than 60 minutes to complete. 

Actual Results: The entire job should complete within approximately 30 minutes.
