User ability to reconnect to CICS if their session gets disconnected using ACF2/CICS

Issue/Introduction

A user of CICS looses the connection and is unable to reconnect.
Is there a way for the user to regain access like TSO RECONNECT?
what commands can an administrator enter to allow this?

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

There is no session reconnect process within CICS.
Once a session is disconnected, the lost term exit will take control and signoff any logged on user.
