Windows Agent v21 does not start: U02000309 Unable to load Agent certificate

Issue/Introduction

Windows Agent v21 does not start with the following error message in the agent's log:

 

U02000379 Initiating connection to server '<servername>:2217' using WebSocket URI: 'wss://<servername>:2217/agent'.
U02000072 Connection to system 'AUTOMIC' initiated.
U02000309 Unable to load Agent certificate file 'D:\Automic\Automation.Platform\Agents\windows\bin\security\test.cert', reason 'No such file or directory (system library, fopen)'.
U02000327 Unexpected error on connection '*SERVER' (socket handle = '1'), reason '"category: 'asio.ssl', (336130315) wrong version number (SSL routines, ssl3_get_record)"'.

Cause

The parameter trustedCertFolder is pointing to an incorrect location.

Resolution

The parameter below in the agent's ini file  is not pointing to any folder which contains the certificate. Please make sure it is pointing the certificate and has a valid certificate.

Then, try to start the agent. If the issue remains, please send us the agent log.
