Endpoint Prevent block (Response Rule) is not working properly after upgrade.
The file is blocked, the incident is triggered but there's no popup windows appeared on the endpoint agent.
Detection or block action works as expected

Cui.exe is not running in the task manager
Make sure that UAC is already disabled on the system.
Go Control Panel > User Accounts and click at Change User Account Control Settings option.
At the User Account Control Settings window, drag the slider at the lower position to completely disable UAC.
Restart your computer and then try to run cui.exe
