Component : SDM - Install/Upgrade/Configuration

Resolution

There is no specific order necessary for upgrading Service Management

In AA environments it is suggested to upgrade the Background Server first, next the Standby Server, and finally the Application Servers

Otherwise it is suggested to upgrade Service Desk Manager servers first.

Keep in mind, these are suggestions and not hard rules.
