Issue/Introduction

Robot listed with hdb and spooler as red:

Environment

Release : Any
Component : UIM - ROBOT

Resolution

1. right click controller in IM
2. select to Update Version...
3. select to Replace existing probe > Replace

In most cases this will resolve the issue.

You may also need to:

1. Right click the problem probe > security > set access > OK 
2. Right click the problem probe > security > validate > Yes all
