Issue/Introduction

When checking via OPS/MVS to see if a job is active in any of the LPAR, it's possible the PHASE is showing WTCONV, but the output is showing the job was not Active

Resolution

OPSJESX function should reflect a correct status.
If OPSJESX is used to check job status in a JES2 MAS it is possible that the JES2 checkpoint will not be updated in a timely manner which could cause the OPSJESX function to return the prior status of the job. 

Moving the JES2 primary checkpoint to a CF Structure will provide a faster response from the XCF.
