Issue/Introduction

In our Prod tenant when trying to create alert or modify an alert, we are not able to see the notification channels in the dropdown.

 

 

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : Integration with APM

Resolution


As Engineering discussed with the Operations team, the latter performed a restart on certain components that seemed to show, consistent authentication issues with user tokens. 

That appears to have solved the issue with the customer.
