Contact Lost model destruction does not work through SS restart

Issue/Introduction

 When contact lost model destruction is enabled it does not work through a SpectroSERVER restart.  

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

The SpectroSERVER restart would reset the timer.  

Resolution

This is resolved in patches Spectrum_21.02.08.PTF_21.2.815 and Spectrum_21.02.12.PTF_21.2.1201 and is included in NetOps 22.2.1 release:

 

    Symptom : Properly handle when devices have been down for over the configured Contact lost model destruction threshold, accounting for time down across SpectroSERVER restarts.
    Resolution : Model destruction will happen as per configured threshold.
