Cannot execute TEWS web services in Identity Manager - 500 error

Issue/Introduction

We cannot execute web services as we get a 500 error.  Tried to rerun the TEWS webservice call from SoapUI, still the error is 500 Internal Server Error.

 

Resolution

From the Identity Manager Management Console, Advanced Settings, Web Services,

Enable admin_id checkbox. After enabling "Enable admin_id." SoapUI webservice call worked fine.
