Issue/Introduction

Domain for Office 365 and Outlook services are not bypassed with the PAC file configured in client's browser

Environment

Web Isolation on-prem: 1.13.x

Cause

Unable to bypass Office 365 services from Web Isolation using PAC file

Resolution

- generate the PAC file for Microsoft Office 365 services according to:

• Use a PAC file for direct routing of vital Office 365 traffic - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/managing-office-365-endpoints?view=o365-worldwide
• PowerShell script Get-PacFile - https://byteben.com/bb/generate-office-365-pac-files-with-powershell/, link2

- compare the generated MS PAC file with existing PAC file to detect issues

- adjust the domains on the original PAC file
