File Reputation Service no longer functioning as of August 12, 2022 on Content Analysis (CAS) or Advanced Secure Gateway (ASG)

Issue/Introduction

The File Reputation service certificate was replaced on August 12, 2022. The new certificate is updated in the trust package update that also contains the 2037 ABRCA certificate. Any versions of CAS or ASG that are not ABRCA compliant will no longer function with File Reputation Service.

Resolution

To remedy this situation, upgrade to a currently supported version of software:
ASG: 6.7.5.12 or later
CAS: 3.1.2.2 or later
