Issue/Introduction

The Broadcom Support Portal supports a federated user login experience which allows users to leverage their company’s authentication technology to gain access to these systems. This provides users with a seamless and streamlined login experience. 

As a result, users within these companies will experience a unique login experience. Below are the instructions for this workflow.

Resolution

To log into the Broadcom Support Portal: 

1. Navigate to https://support.broadcom.com.
2. Click Login in the top right corner.
   
3. Enter your username and click Next.
   
4. You will be redirected to your company’s Federated Login page.
5. Enter your company credentials (NOTE: not your Broadcom credentials).
6. You will be redirected through your company’s Federated Login experience after which you’ll gain access to the Broadcom Support Portal.
