Issue/Introduction

The Broadcom Support Portal supports a federated user login experience which allows users to leverage their company’s authentication technology to gain access to these systems. This provides users with a seamless and streamlined login experience. 

As a result, users within these companies will experience a unique login experience. Below are the instructions for this workflow.

Resolution

To log into the Broadcom Support Portal: 

• Navigate to https://support.broadcom.com and click Login in the top right corner
  
  

• Enter your username and click Next 
  
  

• You will be redirected to your company’s Federated Login page 
• Enter your company credentials (NOTE: not your Broadcom credentials) 
• You will be redirected through your company’s Federated Login experience after which you’ll gain access to the Broadcom Support Portal
